I. Objectives:
- To allow resident physicians to simulate human surgery using a live swine model.
- To simulate emergency tracheotomy scenarios and familiarize residents with cricothyrotomy.
- To practice neck surgery techniques, including neck dissection and tracheotomy.
- To understand how to detect and preserve the parathyroid glands using intraoperative parathyroid detection devices.
