The ENT Department of Far Eastern Memorial Hospital was established in 1981 by Dr. Po-Jung Huang as the first director. Dr. Hsuan-Yen Hung served as the second director starting in 1983, continuing the development of the department. In July 2001, Dr. Bo-Wen Cheng became director. On September 1, 2023, the ENT Department was restructured into the ENT Division, with Dr. Li-Jen Liao as the first division director. Under his leadership, the division has developed specialized areas including Otology, Rhinology & Sleep Medicine, Laryngology, Head & Neck Oncology, and General & Pediatric ENT, covering comprehensive ENT diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Bo-Wen Cheng currently serves as Director of the Hospital Teaching Division.

Currently, the ENT Division is organized into five specialized units:
